Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shop Cardboard Boxes. We aim to provide quality packaging solutions, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.


Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, new, and returned in their original packaging.

  • You must submit a return request within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are accepted by mail only. In-person or drop-off returns are not supported.

  • A return label will be included in your package.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

To start a return, email info@shopcardboardboxes.com with your order number and reason for return. If there’s visible damage or a defect, please include photos.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same 10-day window, provided the item is in new condition. A replacement will be shipped once the original product is returned and inspected.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

  • All refunds are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars).


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Custom-printed or made-to-order packaging unless defective

  • Items returned after the 10-day period
